We offer a range of training and development initiatives that focus specifically on individual empowerment and team cohesion. Embedded in these programs are all the skills and information for customer relationships and high-quality service, conflict resolution and presentation skills, and all that is relevant for everyone to take on their own personal journey to successfully living an authentic and empowered life. Training and development at CLOS are a key part of our working life; we believe that personal and professional development is an ongoing process, and growing people doesn’t happen in short-term programs. We provide ongoing contact sessions to inspire and engage our people in their own growth process; we want them to know their individual development is important to us as well as to them. Our in-house specialists provide training and information sessions for all staff, to introduce them to our methodologies, keep everyone up to date and to deepen their knowledge and capabilities for their work in our company. Some of these sessions are live, action, in-situ sessions and others are classroom presentation programs. These sessions include topics like:

In-House Trainers

We train our experienced company people to be in-house trainers, mentors and presenters; that way we use the special talent in our people as a resource to grow the whole organisation. Our people love being able to pass on their knowledge and enjoy having another dimension to their working life. Our in-house trainers make a powerful contribution to our culture, our working partners and our company onboarding processes. These in-house experts also participate in our programs for our industry partners and sub-contractor companies; they offer the technical expertise to compliment the skills and information given by our in-house educator Susie Walker.
