CLT is an engineered timber product using 3 + layers of kiln-dried lumber stacked at right angles and then glued to form structural panels. Engineering timber in this way produces excellent structural rigidity in both directions.

CLT is an airtight product that allows passive house construction. When insulation is used with metal and steel fabrication, the insulation factor is by up to 63%.
