Friends Of CLOS Open Day - Friday 9th February

We are excited to announce the CLOS Factory Open Day, where history meets modernity in the reclaimed Ford factory, showcasing our commitment to sustainability, prefabrication, and community collaboration. Join us for an afternoon of exploration, where respected clients, collaborators, and our extended family and friends can explore the transformation of this historic site.

We currently have a range of projects on show that encapsulate prefabrication, sustainability and modern design we would love you to see. 

Prefab and modular design represent an environmentally and consumer-conscious approach to construction. Some aspects of prefab might be unfamiliar to many, whether it's understanding the differences in design compared to traditional construction, grasping timelines, navigating logistics, or even gauging if modular construction is as robust as traditional onsite methods. We encourage you to join us and ask any questions you may have about these aspects and more!
